You have a few different ways to complete this part of the quest, including finding one of the three dead maidens found at Writheblood Ruins in Altus Plateau.
Then, when you return to Varre in the church, he’ll ask you to join his order, and will give you a stack of Bloody Fingers. He’ll also give you a Pureblood Knight’s Medal that can be used to teleport you to Mohgwyn Palace, the late-game area that houses the boss fight for the Lord of Blood himself.[20]
